An adaptation for Windows by Cary Conover of the Productline pack and unpack scripts written for Unix by J. David Schronce
The pline_setenv.bat may need modification for use on new systems but it gives the base idea of what is necessary to get the job done. 
From either a LID prompt or CMD prompt perform the following commands: 
To pack a pline. 
Run the pline_setenv.bat 
issue the sh command 
type pkg_pline_win.sh. <enter> and follow the prompts 
To unpack the pline. 
run the pline_setenv.bat 
issue the sh command 
type unpack_pline_win.sh <enter> and follow the prompts
